YAPHAM GROUNDS & LOCATION

We are located in a beautiful part of North Devon countryside, just over a mile from the village of Hartland. The cottages stand on the side of a little valley, along a 500m driveway. The closest neighbour is on the opposite side of the valley. The lane leading to Yapham is very quiet so there is little traffic noise and makes it a very safe location. We have an orchard, paddock and woodland. There is very little light pollution, so the view of the stars on a clear night is simply incredible. It is the perfect place to just relax, unwind, and recharge the batteries.
